OUR MISSION

At Lanicure, we value your business with us. We are humble to have a chance to take care of your manicure and pedicure needs. Each of us strives to provide you with the most professional service and personalized attention, with high integrity and comprehensive knowledge of our profession.​ Your satisfaction of each visit with us is our highest priority. Through this commitment, we hope to build a long term relationship with you and become your preferred choice for nail care.

APPOINTMENTS

  • Appointments can be easily made by calling or texting us at (323) 925-5546 or through our online booking system, with your phones, tablets, or computers. You can also let us know any additional needs through texts after making the appointment.

  • You can change or cancel your appointment free of charge 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Making a change or cancellation within 48 hours of the beginning of your appointment is considered late and will result in a $20 fee. Repeated late cancellations will result in the loss of your booking privileges.

  • Please be on time. If you are late for 15 minutes, there is a charge of $1/min thereafter. If you are late for 25 mins, we will cancel your appointment.
     

SERVICES

  • Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Please make sure that you are satisfied with your nails before your leave. Let us know if you require any fixes or changes when you are still at the salon, and we will be more than happy to take care of them.

  • Cash, Zelle, or Venmo is preferred for tips.
     

COMPLIMENTARY FIXES

  • We guarantee our nail polishes for 1 week and will provide free fixes within 1 week. For fixes, proof of your previous appointment is required. We only fix the nails that require fixing (not the whole set), and the fix will be exactly the same (no color/design change).

We reserve the rights to refuse service to anyone, including but not limited to

  • Anyone with contagious nail conditions

  • Anyone with infected/open wounds on the treatment area

  • Anyone with ill/contagious health conditions

  • Anyone who has inappropriate behaviors towards our technicians or customers
